FENELON FALLS, ON – Fenelon Falls Brewing has announced the release of a new seasonal beer for autumn.
Fenelon Falls Bock (5.9% abv):
We wanted to release a new beer to celebrate Fall and all the magic the Kawarthas offer. The result is a Bock of the Helles variety, meaning pale. Helles lager beers offer a touch of sweetness that balance a measurable addition of spicy German hop flavour and light bitterness. Our version of the Bock is a rich, full-bodied lager, with slight hints of malty sweetness, a touch of toast and peppered with herbal, floral, earthy tones, and a pinch of wintergreen mint. The perfect Fall sipper!
