TORONTO, ON – The Craft Brand Co. has announced its latest pair of releases from Sweden’s Omnipollo, produced at Brunswick Bierworks in Toronto for the Ontario market, as well as a limited allocation import from Superflux Beer in Vancouver.
Omnipollo Fantom IPA (6.1% abv):
Brewed with a contemplated blend of soft malts, malted/unmalted oats and wheat. It is carefully fermented with expressive yeast and massively dry-hopped with the juiciest and dankest Citra and Nelson Sauvin hops we could find.
Omnipollo Folk Session IPA (3.5% abv):
Fatamorgana is one of Omnipollo’s most popular beers. The beer has already been available in many different variants, and now for the first time there is a version that is significantly lighter. Folk is a very lean session IPA with pleasant tropical fruity notes.
Superflux Marigold Pale Ale (5.5% abv):
Marigold is heavily dry-hopped with a blend of Mosaic and Nelson-Sauvin. Pours a hazy, pale yellow/orange colour with bright carbonation. We get pungent grapefruit, lime, and sauvignon blanc skin with a dry yet soft finish.
All three beers are both available now via The Bodega, Craft Brand Co.’s online beer shop, exclusively to members of the free-to-join Cold Tea Beer Club.
