ORO-MEDONTE, ON – Quayle’s Brewery has announced the release of the latest in its Cabin Fever series of fruited sour ales.
Cabin Fever Cranberry Apricot Sour (4.7% abv):
Thanksgiving may be over but you have to admit – a good cranberry sauce makes a turkey taste that much better. We feel the same way about using cranberry in our latest Cabin Fever release. Made with 100% Centennial hops from our farm, as always. The tartness of the cranberries balance out the stone fruit tastes of the apricot, creating a wonderfully balanced (and beautiful hued) sour beer. Plus Christmas is around the corner, so stash some away for the holiday bird!
