DARTMOUTH, NS – North Brewing has announced the latest release in its annual series of collaborative releases with Benjamin Bridge Winery.
Saison de Chardonnay 2021 (7.5% abv):
This beautiful Saison was made with the addition of Chardonnay grape juice from Benjamin Bridge’s 2021 crop. We brewed it last fall and conditioned it in a tank for 7 months. In May we primed and bottled the beer/wine hybrid and conditioned it in the bottle for another 5 months and now it’s presenting beautifully with notes of lime zest, tangerine and apricot. It’s the perfect beverage for any celebration or special dinner you have coming up.
Saison de Chardonnay is available now all North Brewing locations and the brewery’s online shop.
