LONDON, ON – Beerlab! has announced the release of four new beers for “cozying up” as the weather gets colder.
Malevolent Undertaker DIPA (8% abv):
Working with Third Moon Brewing is always a blast. This DIPA is loaded with aromas of Mango, Papaya, fresh pressed Sauvignon Blanc grapes, Clementine zest, just to get started. Working with different techniques to add hops to this beer, has delivered the juicy, tropical fruit.
Vibing Lager (4.6% abv):
This unfiltered lager, is our take on a classic German lager. Single decoction mash, with German Pilsner malt, and Hallertauer Mittelfruh for that essential aroma. This is a soft, everyday lager, with a crispy cracker aroma, with that classic noble hop aroma, makes this lager ready for any event you bring it to.
Play No Games Porter (5.4% abv):
We love Porters. It has a place in our hearts that could never be challenged. We don’t brew them as often as we’d like, but with “Play No Games” Robust Porter, we had some fun. We’re getting lots of bakers semi sweet chocolate, along with rich coffee and graham aromas.
Falling in Place IPA (6.3% abv):
Having fun is what was on our minds when we came up with this IPA. Playing with Strata, Mosaic, HBC 586 and Citra Spectrum in this beer really gave us the push we needed to say, “HBC 586, you’re the best hop to come out since Mosaic”. We get big, ripe candied orange zest, key lime, and mango/strawberry fruit cocktail aromas. Visit the tropics before the freeze sets in.
