CALEDON, ON – Sonnen Hill Brewing has announced the release of a new collaboration with Toronto wine bar Paradise Grapevine.
Something New (7% abv):
Something New is a blend of three real tasty barrels. Barrel one was Dornfelder fermented in stainless and aged in oak for one year, barrel two was saison aged on Chardonnay Musqué skins, and barrel three was a lil saison aged in oak for two years and refermented with haskaps. It’s got some funk, some rose character, real balanced acidity and tastes like homemade strawberry jam. Wowee!
