VICTORIA, BC – Category 12 Brewing has announced the return of a strong winter seasonal that had a quick sell-out of its original run last year.
Tiramisu Pastry Stout (11.5% abv):
Friends, we guarantee it’s been a while since you’ve had a beer like this! At 11.5% ABV, it commands a little more respect than your average stout, but you’ll find the combination of nine types of malt with the decadent properties of Ethiopian coffee, cacao beans, cinnamon, brown sugar, and vanilla simmered over an extended boil result in a revelation of balanced flavour.
Tiramisu Pastry Stout is available now at the Category 12 retail shop and online store, and select private beer retailers.
