CALGARY, AB – Annex Ale Project has announced the release of a new beer in an “oft-neglected and mistakenly underrated style”.
Wishing Well Belgian Pale Ale (5% abv):
Belgian Pale Ales have all the characteristic charm dubbels and tripels do, just in smaller quantities. And well, this one’s no different, it’s a finely balanced brew with noble bitterness that frames a crushable yeast quality right off the hop. Wishing Well Belgian Pale Ale was brewed with Ardenne yeast so this beer gives off high phenolic notes (clove and spice) while the German and Red Shed Malts make it a touch sweet like toasted caramel.
Wishing Well is available now at the Annex retail store and online shop, and select beer retailers in Alberta.
