ELORA, ON – Elora Brewing has announced that it is “starting the year with local, hoppy love” in the form of a new collaborative beer.
American IPA with Chinook & Cascade (6.5% abv):
We brewed this American IPA in collaboration with our friends at CanAussie hops farm (based in Fergus) to kick of 2023 with a delicious, cloudy, golden brew. It has a slight caramel and candy-like sweetness, firm bitterness, and aromas of pineapple and star anise. It doesn’t get more local than this.
American IPA is available now at the Elora Brewing retail store, restaurant, and online shop.
