SLAVE LAKE, AB – Dog Island Brewing has announced the release of a new lager.
Birddog Pilsner (5% abv):
Birddog is an American-style pilsner made with jasmine rice to keep the beer crisp, light, and crushable. This beer also features Czech Saaz hops and a Swiss lager yeast, paying tribute to the European roots of the style. Coming in at 5% ABV and 25 IBU Birddog is the perfect easy drinking, everyday beer.
Birddog Pilsner is available now at the Dog Island taproom and retail store, as well as select liquor stores and bars in Alberta.
