ABBOTSFORD, BC – Field House Brewing has announced details of seven beers that have been released over the past week to mark the brewery’s 7th anniversary.
Pineapple Mango Lime Vanilla Sour (5.5% abv)
This fresh batch has big tropical aromas. Large amounts of Pineapple, Alphonso Mango, and Lime with a touch of vanilla.
Imperial Stout with Raspberry (11% abv):
This imperial stout was aged in select bourbon barrels for one year to pull a bold bourbon-infused base. Additionally, aged on several hundred pounds of BC grown raspberries for a few months. The rich chocolate notes and smooth mouthfeel are complemented by a vibrant aroma of fresh picked raspberries.
Whisky Sour Ale (6.5% abv):
Inspired by one of our favourite cocktails, this beer was soured with our house souring culture, then aged on lime zest and American oak infused with whisky and angostura bitters.
Negroni Sparkling Ale (6.5% abv):
A beer inspired by the classic three-part cocktail. This sparkling ale features a host of herbs and spices from a negroni. Included are spices from Gin: Juniper, Angelica root, & Lemon Peel; from vermouth: Cloves, & Marjoram; and from Campari: Gentian root, Rhubarb root, Orange peel, Wild cherry bark, & Hibiscus flower. Complex, herbal, and bitter with a sparkling twist & touch of citrus.
Paloma Grapefruit Gose (5.4% abv):
Inspired by one of the easiest drinking tequila cocktails, our Paloma Gose features a sour wheat base beer, Vancouver Island Sea Salt, a hint of lime and loads of pulpy grapefruit juice. Rim that glass with salt and pour yourself some goodness!
Espresso Martini Stout (8.5% abv):
Rich espresso meets sweet stout in this cocktail-inspired dark ale. A concentrated dose of our organic fair trade Slow Saturdays coffee combined with creamy lactose sugar and a strong alcohol base creates the mirage of an espresso martini.
Simcoe Mosaic Idaho Seven Cryo Hazy IPA (7% abv):
Celebrating our seventh anniversary, we made this Hazy IPA because we love it! Simcoe and Mosaic bring notes of passion fruit, citrus, and berries, while Idaho seven cryo brings big notes of tangerine and light pine. Crushable, Citrus dominant, and Celebratory!
All seven beers are available now at both Field House locations and select private beer retailers.
