TORONTO, ON – Bellwoods Brewery has announced the release of a follow-up to a previous collaboration with Vancouver’s Superflux Beer Company.
Fromage Homage Coconut & Key Lime Cheesecake Pale Ale (5.5% abv):
This time around, we’ve ventured to a different slice of the cheesecake flavour wheel: Coconut & Key Lime. Although technically classified as a Pale Ale, this beverage is definitely cheesecake-esque. Conditioned on a massive amount of toasted coconut and fresh lime peel, with lactose providing full-bodied smoothness. It’s tart and creamy, with a subtle graham cracker base.
