A peek behind the magician’s curtain reveals what seems to be a wild fruited ale – but is it? Using second use Rosewood Gamay skins, we toned down a stronger wild ale recipe and brewed up a delicious dry, bright acid, super funky & lower ABV piquet sibling. Serve cold… it’s lively!
