SIDNEY, BC – The literary-themed Small Gods Brewing has announced the release of a new beer inspired by the debut novel by Vietnamese-American poet Ocean Vuong.
On Earth We’re Briefly Gorgeous Strawberry Hibiscus Sour (4.5% abv):
This beautifully pink sour is lightly tart and slightly sweet. Aromas of vanilla and floral hibiscus give way to flavours of delicious fresh strawberries. The use of lactose provides a roundness of body and depth to an otherwise light beer.
