TORONTO, ON – Blood Brothers Brewing has announced the release of an amped up version of one of its flagship beers, and the latest in its Bear Worship barrel-aged series.
Double Shooms IIPA (8.5% abv):
The doppelgänger IPA: double the pleasure, double the Shumei! We took our flagship IPA and doubled the experience: expect a full haze with a lingering hops and juice for daze. So nice we made it twice (at once).
Bear Worship Barrel Aged Wild Ale w/ Galaxy & Citra ( ):
This series is an ongoing experimentation of left-of-centre ideas coming from our barrel room and a continuing celebration of things that hibernate! We brewed up a hoppy, fruit-forward ale and then aged the resulting elixir in neutral wine barrels with a special blend of bacteria and wild yeast for an entire year. We then dry hopped the aged beer with Galaxy and Citra to complete this wild sensory experience. Expect intense ripe stonefruit on the palate with a bouquet of fresh tropical fruit.
