SIDNEY, BC – Small Gods Brewing has announced the release of its latest literary-themed beer, with this one also celebrating the 2023 edition of International Women’s Day.
Uncertain Kin Pink Guava Hazy Pale Ale (5.2% abv):
Brewed with the Pink Boots Society hop blend by Yakima Chief Hops and pink guava purée, this beer celebrates the feminine spirit and was designed to reflect Janice Lynn Mather‘s collection of stories about women and girls searching for identity and belonging in the Bahamas. Native to the tropical climates of the Caribbean, pink guava adds tart and sweet notes.
Uncertain Kin is available now at the Small Gods taproom and retail shop. Its release is being marked by the inaugural edition of the Small Gods Storyteller Series, taking place the taproom on Sunday March 12th at 6:00 PM with readings by Janice Lynn Mather, poet Kelsey Andrews, and Small Gods’ resident writer Sierra Skye Gemma.
