CALGARY, AB – Cabin Brewing has announced the release of a new beer inspired by a frozen treat.
Rollerama Chocolate Banana Porter (6% abv):
Rollerama features Banaza yeast, which radiates ripe banana fruit notes similar to the classic hefeweizen yeast strain, without those pesky clove esters that drive some people, well, bananas. With a little cocoa, a little banana puree and a unique blend of five Canadian malts, the result is weirdly alluring and strangely delicious. Unlike a real frozen banana, this beer is subtly nuanced, perfectly balanced and you can easily drink more than one. Sorry Bluths.
Rollerama is available now at the Cabin taproom and retail store, and select beer retailers throughout Alberta.
