ABBOTSFORD, BC – Field House Brewing has announced the release of a new collaboration with Brassneck Brewery.
Sparkle Party Pale (3.8% abv):
Faaturing a thiolized yeast strain known for producing extremely fruity aromatics, this beer maximizes thiol production through mash hopping and a huge whirlpool addition of Monroe and Motueka. Lightly dry hopped with Galaxy, this hop and yeast-forward modern table beer has notes of guava, lime, passion fruit, and citrus.
Sparkle Party Pale will be available tomorrow (March 15th) at both Field House locations.
