OTTAWA, ON – Dominion City Brewing has announced the rare reappearance of a beer featuring a scarce ingredient.
Bend The Universe IPA (6.5% abv):
This IPA is brewed with Riwaka and Citra hops. It features notes of lychee, mango and fresh citrus, while finishing with a light dusting of pine. Riwaka is a delicious and until recently, difficult to source hop grown in New Zealand. Brewing with this pink grapefruit-forward hop is a rare treat. We hope you enjoy the finished result half as much as we do.
