TORONTO, ON – Halo Brewery has announced that “after ignoring this entire category of beer for nearly 7 years, we finally made one” – i.e. a Pilsner.
GOTO Pilsner (4.4% abv):
We brewed this super-sessionable, itty-bitty, unfiltered pilsner with a clean malty sweetness balanced by a crispy hop bitterness. GOTO features aromas and flavours of light malt grassiness with hints of citrus and floral characteristics.
