CAMBRIDGE, ON – Wave Maker Craft Brewery has announced details of four closely related IPAs that have been released to mark the brewery’s 4th anniversary.
Tropics IPA (6.3% abv) and its three fruit-infused variants are described as follows:
Our goal for this years anniversary beers is to brew four of the most tropical IPA’s possible, selecting hops that add lots of tropical fruit flavour, deciding on Mosaic, Azacca and El Dorado hops. We brewed four individual batches creating Tropics, Grapefruit Tropics, Blood Orange Tropics and Peach Tropics made with real fruit puree (not extracts!).
All four versions of Tropics are available now at the Wave Maker taproom, retail store, and online shop.
