MOUNT UNIACKE, NS – A new brewery that grew out of the popular YouTube channel of an enthusiastic homebrewer in Nova Scotia has officially released its first publicly available beers.
Party Time Brewing has been founded by James Marshall, and is currently a part-time operation that the military pilot and father of three is running out of his home in the small community of Mount Uniacke.
Party Time was soft-launched last weekend with the release of three beers – Garage Party Blonde (4.5% abv), Helluva Party Belgian White (5% abv), and Day Thinker Oatmeal Stout (6.2%) – that can be ordered online for delivery in the Mount Uniacke area.
A fourth beer, Polar Dip Cold IPA (5% abv), debuted this week on tap at Battery Park Beer Bar in Dartmouth.
