TORONTO, ON – The Craft Brand Co. has announced the LCBO debut of two beers from Sweden’s Omnipollo, produced at Brunswick Bierworks in Toronto for the Ontario market.
Fatamorgana Folk Session IPA (3.5% abv):
Fatamorgana Imperial IPA is one of Omnipollo’s most popular beers. The beer has already been available in many different variants, and now for the first time there is a version that is significantly lighter. Fatamorgana Folk is a very lean session IPA with pleasant tropical fruity notes. Pleasant bitterness, the same sunny haziness and lots of lovingly hoppiness.
Prize Pils (4.8% abv):
While Omnipollo is widely known for redefining how people perceive beer with their progressive IPAs, fruited sours, and pastry stouts, they are also an emerging force with regards to true-to-style old world beers like Pilsners and Helles Lagers. Prize Pils was developed at Camba Brewery in the heart of Bavaria, and is an all-Bavarian lager brewed to the highest standard, balancing the supreme drinkability of a Helles with the floral flirt of a Pilsner.
Fatamorgana Folk and Prize Pils are rolling out now to select LCBO locations in Ontario, and can also be ordered for direct delivery via Craft Brand Co.’s online beer shop The Bodega.
