ORO-MEDONTE, ON – Quayle’s Brewery has announced the release of the latest in its Cabin Fever series of fruited sour ales.
Cabin Fever Raspberry & Feijoa Sour (4.7% abv):
Our latest Cabin Fever is a kettle soured beer fermented with raspberry and feijoa. Feijoa (pronounced FAY-OW-AH), is also known as a Brazilian Guava and popular in the Southern Hemisphere. It tastes like a mix of guava, kiwi, and strawberry. Hopped with 100% Cascade hops grown at the farm. It adds a nice bit of fruity acidity to the blend and compliments the raspberry very well. With a beautiful pinkish, reddish hue, it’s an easy summer sipper.
