TORONTO, ON – Muddy York Brewing has announced the release a new beer in a rare style for the brewery.
Magnifiek Belgian Witbier (5.2% abv):
A beer style we at Muddy York seldom verge towards, we’re happily stepping out of our comfort zone and releasing a Belgian Witbier. It’s a wheat beer often referred to as a “white beer” due to its light and cloudy colour from the large portion of wheat, as well as oats, in relation to the amount of barley in the brew. Light, sweet, grainy and slightly peppery this complex beer has added citrus notes from orange peel and coriander. In a word, it’s elegant.
Magnifiek is available now in the Muddy York taproom, retail store, and online shop.
