WELLAND, ON – The first craft brewery in Welland, a small city in Ontario’s Niagara Region, is getting set to open its doors this weekend.
Bridgewater Brewery has been established by owners Melissa and Nick Reim with head brewer Alex Mountenay, and has the following description posted on its website:
Our brewery and taproom are located here in quaint downtown Welland, ON along the recreational canal. All beers are brewed onsite and our taproom offers 10 rotating taps, crafty cocktails, wines and a creative food menu. We are thrilled to have this home where our families, friends and neighbours have a place to share our love for great beer, tasty cocktails, and excellent food & culture.
Bridgewater Brewery is located at 60 Niagara Street in Welland, and according to InNiagaraRegion, it will be opening on Sunday June 18th. Information about the beer and food menus, operating hours, and other details have yet to to be announced by the brewery.
