ORO-MEDONTE, ON – Quayle’s Brewery has announced the release of this year’s edition in an annual series that pays tribute to the brewery’s late founder.
Brian’s Choice Amber Lager (5% abv):
Every June 23, we release Brian’s Choice in memory of Brian Pearson, a great friend, father and founder of Quayle’s Brewery. Brian had deep roots in Oro-Medonte, a vision to bring our community together and a passion to craft farm fresh beer using ingredients from our own farm at Quayle’s Brewery.
Although the name stays the same, each year our Brewmaster Scott is tasked to craft a new style of Brian’s Choice, using 100% hops from our own farm and one that would earn that subtle clap of hands from Brian, and a Well Done!! Yet again this year, the brew team nailed it! Brian’s Choice 2023, is an easy drinking, citrusy, amber lager with a crisp malty backbone, made with our own farm grown hops that Brian would approve.
Brian’s Choice Amber Lager is available now at the Quayle’s Brewery taproom, retail store and online shop.
