UXBRIDGE, ON – Just over a year after it was heavily damaged by a tornado, The Second Wedge Brewing has announced that its brewery and taproom in Uxbridge, Ontario has officially reopened to the public.
While outdoor service started up in the beer garden adjacent to the brewery on the “Tornadoversary” weekend in May, taproom access wasn’t approved until earlier this month, with partial occupancy allowed just before Father’s Day, and full approval coming through last week.
The Second Wedge Brewing taproom is now open Monday to Wednesday from 12:00 noon to 9:00 PM, Thursday to Saturday from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Leashed dogs are allowed both indoors and outdoors, and customers are welcome to bring their own food, or enjoy wood-fired pizzas from Foundry Pi every Friday to Sunday.
An official Grand Reopening event will be taking place at the brewery on the weekend of July 14th to 16th. For more details, see the Second Wedge pages on Facebook and Instagram.
