KINGSTON, ON – Daft Brewing has announced the release of a new collaboration with a local homebrewer.
Full Bullpen Hefeweizen with Coconut, Banana & Lactose (4.2% abv):
Full Bullpen is our collaboration with Dan White, the winner of our 2022 Thirsty Games, Daft’s annual homebrew competition. We choose a set of guidelines for each year’s entries, and then judge all the beers we receive to see which one comes out on top. Among the dozens of entries we received, Full Bullpen won us over with its unique additions and balanced flavour profile.
A Hefeweizen is a German wheat beer that imparts notes of banana from the yeast. We then added heaping additions of in house toasted coconut and caramelized banana and the result is an approachable full bodied wheat beer with a sweet banana cream pie flavour.
Full Bullpen is available now at the Daft Brewing taproom, retail store, and online shop.
