CALEDON, ON – Sonnen Hill Brewing has announced the release of this year’s edition of suitably named seasonal ale for summer.
Summer Ale (4.2% abv):
This year’s batch of Summer Ale was brewed with pils malt from Mississippi Mills Malting Co., chamomile from our farm, and lightly hopped with Nelson and Motueka. It was fermented cool with ale yeast and cold conditioned for a few weeks. It’s a crisp, easy-drinking blonde beer perfect for drinking in the sun.
Summer Ale is available now at the Sonnen Hill taproom, retail shop, and online store.
