BURLINGTON, ON – Nickel Brook Brewing has announced the release of a new beer in collaboration with Hamilton-based rock band The Trews.
The Trews Classic Pilsner (5.5% abv):
This Classic Pilsner pours a clear, bright gold colour with fresh floral notes on the nose and a hint of citrus. Medium body, and moderate bitterness is balanced by a light grain sweetness and marmalade backnote. Wrapping things together, there’s a delicate spice and floral combination derived from the hops. It’s composed yet bold, fitting for The Trews.
The Trews Classic Pilsner is available now at both Nickel Brook locations, and the brewery’s online shop.
