Left Field Brewery Releases Centre Cut No. 2 Exploratory IPA

TORONTO, ON – Left Field Brewery has announced the second in a series of limited edition IPAs.

Centre Cut No. 2 Exploratory IPA (6% abv):

Named for both the pitch and the method of core-sampling from hop bales when selecting our favourite varieties, every IPA in this series will explore an aspect of the brewing process, whether that is a new-to-us hop, ingredient, or process. This IPA series is our outlet for exploration, showcasing our learning along the way. Centre Cut brings you behind the scenes, explaining our technical explorations with each release.

The second brew of this exploratory IPA series showcases BSG’s new hop blend – HS SitivaⓇ in both the whirlpool and dry hop stages to fully showcase its many complexities. Specifically formulated for use in hazy IPAs, HS SitivaⓇ delivers a strong expression of ripe nectarine, sweet honeydew melon, and zesty tropical fruit – especially lime pith – making Centre Cut No. 2 a full-bodied fastball of flavour, thrown right down the middle.

Centre Cut No. 2 is available now at the Left Field taproom, retail store, and online shop.
