EDMONTON, AB – Blind Enthusiasm has announced the latest limited edition release from The Monolith, the brewery’s facility for the creation of wood-aged and spontaneous-fermentation beers.
Frucht Bombe (6.2% abv):
Frucht Bombe is a blend of two, three, and four year mixed fermentation barrels that was dry hopped with two contemporary German hop varietals: Huell Mellon and Mandarina Bavaria. These two distinct hops react to create an explosion of ripe tangerine, sharp grapefruit, and juicy melon hop character. This eruption of flavour is balanced by a full, round texture, medium acidity, and a subtle salinity.
Frucht Bombe will be released tomorrow (July 19th) at Blind Enthusiasm’s Monolith, Biera, and Biera Market locations, and via the brewery’s online shop. For more details on the release plans for each location, see the full announcement.
