ABBOTSFORD, BC – Field House Brewing has announced the release of two new small batch ales.
Salted Cantaloupe Sour (6.2% abv):
A golden sour beer aged in oak foeders blended with 900lbs of fresh Field House Farms grown cantaloupe. Sea salt and Madagascar vanilla add body and a hint of sweetness, while huge notes of ripe melon dominate the beer.
Buddha’s Hand Wheat Ale (5% abv):
This Belgian Style wheat ale is spiced with grains of paradise, lending notes of cardamom, coriander, citrus and pepper, and then fruited with fingered citron also known as Buddha’s hand due to its hand-like appearance. Buddha’s hand tastes somewhere between yuzu and lemon with a touch of spice and works perfectly in this unique wheat ale.
Salted Cantaloupe Sour is available now at both Field House locations, and will be joined tomorrow (July 20th) by Buddha’s Hand Wheat Ale.
