SYDNEY, NS – Breton Brewing has announced the return of a beer created in collaboration with The Fortress Louisbourg Association.
Île Royale Saison (5.8% abv):
This French saison is made with wheat, oats, rye, and molasses for a rustic and authentic-tasting ale. Fermented warm with Ardennes yeast, this beer has a dry and spicy finish, with hints of fruit.
Île Royale Saison is available now at the Breton taproom, retail store, and online shop, and at the Storehouse Tavern at The Fortress of Louisbourg.
