CALGARY, AB – New Level Brewing has announced the release of new collaboration with Fallentimber Meadery.
Swarm Sour (6% abv):
Swarm Sour was brewed with over 1,000 pounds of honeydew melon, and we used fresh honey twice in this beer: once in the boil and once in the fermenter. Eldorado and Galaxy hops were used to accentuate the fruit and melon flavours.
Swarm Sour is available now at the New Level taproom, and select beer retailers in Alberta.
