KITCHENER, ON – A brewery operating out of a residence in Kitchener, Ontario is now open to the public.
Twas Now Brewing was officially launched last month in the 200-square-foot garage at the home of Curt and Holly Crossman in the city’s Auditorium neighbourhood. In addition to the host couple, other partners in the brewery include Curt’s brother Robb Crossman, and friends J.P. and Sarah Fleras, Erik Balodis, and Ben Cousineau.
Taking its name from an iconic piece of graffiti on a local train bridge, Twas Now features a small 1.25 hectolitre brewing system, and offers a rotating line-up of beers that are sold exclusively in 1-litre growlers.
Twas Now Brewing is located at 449 East Avenue in Kitchener, and is open for retail sales from 12:00 noon to 5:00 PM on Saturdays.
