ABBOTSFORD, BC – Field House Brewing has announced the latest release in its Double Scoop collaboration series with Banter Ice Cream.
Strawberry Elderflower Sour (6.3% abv):
This beer is lightly soured and features creamy lactose and vanilla to give it ice cream vibes. We then fermented on loads of local strawberries and cold-steeped elderflower making a perfectly refreshing dessert sour.
Strawberry Elderflower Sour is available now at both Field House locations, and soon at select local beer retailers.
