True History Brewing Releasing Three Beers for 1st Anniversary

TORONTO, ON – True History Brewing has announced details of three beers that will be released tomorrow (August 12th) as part of a (slightly delayed) celebration of the brewery’s 1st anniversary.

The Ten Czech Pale Lager (3.7% abv):

The Ten was brewed using only floor-malted Bohemian Pilsner malt, and underwent a traditional, intensive decoction mash. After a long, cold fermentation, it was conditioned at subzero temps for almost 8 weeks.

Can You Hear Me Now? Kölsch-Style Ale (4.9% abv):

Can You Hear Me Now? is a beer that we’ve made before, but this time was brewed “differently” (i.e. more traditionally). Fermented at warmer temperature and hopped using only Hallertau Blanc, CYHMN was then conditioned at lager temps for almost 8 weeks.

Farmer In The Sky Dry-Hopped Pilsner (4.2% abv):

It’s the first beer we ever made, and this Saturday it makes it’s triumphant return. FITS is a traditional, German-style Pils that was then delicately dry-hopped with a hop called Loral. Fermented cold and conditioned for 8 weeks – let’s just say we’re excited about this beer.

All three beers will be available starting tomorrow at the True History taproom and retail shop while supplies last.
