CALGARY, AB – Annex Ale Project has announced the release of a new small batch ale.
It’s Kismet New England Pale Ale (4.6% abv):
NEPAs played a big part in Annex’s origin story and will never not have a place in our hearts and fridges. What can we say, we’re meant to be. There’s no time like the present to return to our juicy roots, so raise a can and come traipse down down the smooth cobbles of our yesterbeer with us. The objective with It’s Kismet was to preserve maximal haze through the utilization of chit malt, barley flakes, malted oats and raw wheat. Enhancing this hazy and juicy character, an experimental yeast called Thiol Libre compliments the Lemon Drop, Centennial, Galaxy and Cryo-Mosaic hops, as it was meticulously developed to intensify the fruity aroma.
