Goldenfield Brewery Opens Taproom in Toronto

TORONTO, ON – A brewery in Toronto’s North York district that opened its retail shop for takeaway sales earlier this year has announced that its taproom is now open to the public.

Goldenfield Brewery has been established by Madhi Naderan, Jay Naderan, and Ethan Chiti, all Persian-Canadians who arrived in Toronto over the last two decades.

Along with head brewer Culum Canally, the Goldenfield team is aiming to “draw on the sights, sounds, and flavours that inspired them on their travels, while raising a glass to the diversity of the city it was founded in.”

Goldenfield’s initial beer line-up included Blonde Ale (5% abv), IPA (6.5% abv), Double IPA (9% abv), and Witbier (4% abv), the latter brewed with Persian limes along with the traditional coriander and orange peel. Two additional brands – Pilsner (4.5% abv) and Amber Ale (5.8% abv) – have been added over the summer.

Goldenfield Brewery is located at 71 Sunrise Avenue in Toronto, and is open daily from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM. For more details, see the Goldenfield Brewery pages on Instagram and Facebook.
