Halo Brewery Releases Test Pattern Nectaron Pale Ale and Cherry Shapeshifter Sour IPA

TORONTO, ON – Halo Brewery has announced the release of the latest in the Test Pattern series of single hop pale ales, and the return of a fruit-infused edition of Shapeshifter.

Test Pattern Nectaron Pale Ale (5.8% abv):

This iteration of our Test Pattern series spotlights the New Zealand hop variety, Nectaron. This beer features big nectarine, peach and passionfruit aromas and flavours coupled with a light malt presence, full body and a hint of sweetness to compliment and embellish the juicy stone fruit vibes.

Cherry Shapeshifter Sour IPA (6.5% abv):

Tons of sweet and tart cherry went into this rendition of Shapeshifter. The result is a deep red-mauve haze topped with a light pink foam. Aromas of ripe cherry and citrus along with flavours of grapefruit, tart cherry, and red berry. Sourness is present from start to finish with a mild sweetness and the lightness of the fruit pectin filling out the rest of the mouthfeel.

Both beers are available now at the Halo Brewery taproom and online store.
