The Establishment Brewing Company Releases Such Great Heights Imperial NEIPA

CALGARY, AB – The Establishment Brewing Company has announced the newest edition in its White Can series of Imperial New England IPAs.

Such Great Heights Imperial NEIPA (8% abv):

Complex like a fine wine, crushable like the best summer beers, with this brew we achieved some pretty lofty goals. Taking this beer to such great heights is our liberal use of Nelson Sauvin hops. Thusly named for its similarities with white wine grape Sauvignon Blanc, this NZ-born hop is pretty young and decidedly wild. Wild, but worth it for the lush gooseberry and creamsicle notes it wrote all over this brew.

In the case of this beer, we actually used Nelson Sauvin two ways: in its standard raw hop pellet form and as a SubZero remix. If you caught wind of Breezeblocks before this, you heard a bit about SubZero. As a refresher, it’s a new concentrated lupulin product by Freestyle Hops that allows crafty brewers like us to level up our cold-side hop game. And don’t fear the lofty ABV! Instead, expect to enjoy the roundest, smoothest brew we’ve ever contained within cans.

Such Great Heights is available now at the Establishment taproom, retail shop, and online store.
