LONDON, ON – Storm Stayed Brewing has announced the release of a new beer to mark the anniversary of the burger pop-up that operates out of the brewery taproom.
Aspect Ratio IPA (6.2% abv):
Brewed in celebration of Box Lunch Burger Therapy’s 2 Year Anniversary, Aspect Ratio takes the idea of a Single Malt And Single Hop IPA—aka SMASH IPA—and morphs it into a multi-dimensional IPA with ‘Several Malts And Several Hops’. The beer name pays tribute to their love of old movies (formatted for varying displays) and reflects their ability to perform well in a changing environment.
This IPA imparts bold, juicy flavours of gooseberry and pineapple complemented by aromas of citrus with subtle herbal undertones. Full-bodied and balanced by an approachable level of bitterness, ASPECT RATIO was designed to be the perfect companion to none other than fresh-grilled smashburgers! 6.2%
Aspect Ratio is available now at the Storm Stayed taproom, retail store, and online shop. A celebration of Box Lunch Burger Therapy’s birthday will take place at the brewery tomorrow (September 9th) from 12:00 to 8:00 PM with burger specials and prize giveaways.
