HAMILTON, ON – Grain & Grit Beer Co. has announced the release of two beers that are “all about riding the wave from summer to fall”.
Blended Sour with Mixed Fruit (5% abv):
This one is a mashup of fruity goodness! We’ve blended four of our fruit beers to create something brand new. You’ll get aromas of cherry, raspberry, a hint of tangy lime, and some sunny tangerine vibes. When you sip it, you’ll pick up berry flavour, with a splash of orange and a dry, green tea finish.
Dark Side Black Lager (5.4% abv):
Dark Side is back, but this time, we brewed it with our friends from Test Batches Brewery in Midland, Ontario, to celebrate the opening of their new tap room this month. Dark Side has a medium-light body with aromas that’ll remind you of a Fruit & Nut bar, dark rye bread, and a hint of floral and herbal goodness. But the real party happens when you taste it – dried dark fruit, hazelnuts, cocoa, and a roasty finish that’s like cold brew coffee with a side of toasted walnuts. It’s autumn in a can.
