GUELPH, ON – Wellington Brewery and Elora Brewing have announced the release of a new collaborative beer made with the freshest hops possible.
Fresh Off the Wire Wet Hop Pale Ale (5.6% abv):
We harvested some fresh Cascade and Vista hops at Hayhoe Hops Farm and brewed up a West Coast style Pale Ale. This brew is deep amber in colour with notes of grapefruit and tangerine followed by a piney citrus bitterness on the finish. It’s a pale ale made with our friends to share with friends, cheers!
Fresh Off the Wire is available now at the Wellington taproom, retail shop, and online store.
