TORONTO, ON – Great Lakes Brewery has announced the release of new beer with an ornithological origin.
Cardinal Farmhouse Ale (4.5% abv):
Once upon a time there was a quaint little brewery nestled in the heart of Etobicoke, where the aroma of hops and the symphony of clinking glasses attracted a Cardinal with a thirst for adventure and an apparent knack for finding unconventional hideouts.
Seemingly, our feathered friend ventured into the brewery with aspirations to become a director of brewing operations of sorts. The Brewmaster Bird’s squeaks and squawks could only be interpreted by our brewers as instructions for creating a classic, clean saison can-conditioned in the Belgian tradition.
Message received, Brewmaster Bird. Message received.
