CALGARY, AB – The Establishment Brewing Company has announced the release of a pair of new barrel aged mixed culture blends.
‘Deed I Do (6% abv) and Tea for Two (6% abv):
Clinky, clinky, pop a pinky! These beers aren’t identical, but they share a tasty, peach-forward foundation. Whether you choose to dabble in ‘Deed or to sip some Tea, you’ll be transported back to your more formative years spent salivating over fruit cups and gummy candies as you drink a more sophisticated rendition of the same fan-favourite flavours. The oolong tea we steeped Tea For Two with simply added a bit of earthy intrigue and even more botanical interest, dearies.
Each features the same blend of four different barrel-aged golden mixed culture beers (a Lambic-leaning one, a mixed culture saison, a Brett saison, and a mixed culture rye Saison rounds things out) aged on white peaches. The oolong-spiked version brings a calming element to the tea party thanks to the GABA in the leaves. Naturally we recommend trying both and drawing your own conclusions.
Both beers are available now at the Establishment retail store and online shop.
