Blind Enthusiasm Brewing Releasing Mon Chester Mixed Fermentation Blend

EDMONTON, AB – Blind Enthusiasm has announced the latest limited edition release from The Monolith, the brewery’s facility for the creation of wood-aged and spontaneous-fermentation beers.

Mon Chester Mixed Fermentation Blend (6.3% abv):

Mon Chester is fermented in these Sicilian red wine barrels for 24 months which imparts a huge amount of the bright fruity flavours from these warm weather wines. These flavours caught the attention of our good friend Tom Chester so much that we named the beer after him. The result is a beer with bombastic raspberry fruitiness, juicy citrus, rose water aromatics, and candy like intensity. These flavours are highlighted by a bright, tart acidity and fleeting dry finish.

Mon Chester will be previewed at a ticketed tasting event taking place at The Monolith on Wednesday October 25th. The public launch will follow on Thursday October 26th, when it will be available at Blind Enthusiasm’s Monolith and Biera Market locations, and via the brewery’s online shop.
