TATAMAGOUCHE, NS – Tatamagouche Brewing has announced the release of a new sour ale.
Rosaly Rose Hip & Lychee Sour (6.1% abv):
Rosaly’s life began aging in an Italian red wine foeder for nearly 2 years, becoming a smooth, fruity golden sour. It was then racked onto Lychee fruit and rose hips and left to re-ferment on the fruit for 6 months where Rosaly gained flavours of strawberry, grapefruit, and melon with an accent of floral rose. Juicy and lightly sour.
Rosaly is available now at the Tatamagouche Brewing taproom, retail store, and online shop.
